Welcome to Spring IDD! We encourage you to take part by dressing the part for this IDD Luau! Please select your sessions! Session descriptions will let you know if you need to bring a laptop or device to the session! Please note the day will begin and end in the Welcome Center, however, breakout sessions will be held all over campus. The beginning number for the location is designates the building number. For example: 15-100 is in the 15-000 building, and 225 is in the 200 building. I have included a link to the El Dorado Campus Map in the opening session.

Join us for a discussion around the usefulness of teaching with questions. We will talk about when a good time to teach using questions is, some of the types of questions that you can use and how you can have some questions that lead into larger questions with the right design around those questions. Sharing the kinds of questions you like to use will be highly encouraged!
This session will go through the basics of using an iPad in the classroom. We’ll cover how to set up your device, project your screen to a larger display, and explore a few helpful apps. Whether you’re new to iPads or just looking for some fresh ideas, you’ll (hopefully) leave with practical tips for integrating the iPad into your lessons effectively. If you've dabbled a little yourself, bring your suggestions too!
